I placed the wrong order can I cancel it?
Your order officially begins "processing" immediately after placing the order. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel/change. Personalized/Custom items cannot be canceled if your order has already been sent to print. If your personalized order has already been shipped, it cannot be returned.
Because ShopBracket.com is custom-making this product for you, personalized products are not returnable. It is therefore important that you check your order before submitting.
I changed my mind on the color/text/product. Can I get a refund?
All of our customizable products are specific to your design and ideas and can not be returned or refunded. Please review your order before submitting payment. Any non-customizable items can be returned within 15 days of purchase and must be in original packaging and have no damage to them. Before returning merchandise, you must be authorized by ShopBracket.com by sending us an email to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item appears to be used or damaged when received back at our warehouse. Shipping charges cannot be credited and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please pack the item in its original packaging (unused) and send back to us, shipping pre-paid by you.
When will I receive my package?
Custom items take 3-5 business days for processing, designing, and assembly. We ship with USPS priority mail and Fed Ex for large items. Non-custom items take 1-2 days to process. From there your package should arrive within 2-4 days**. If you need your items quicker please email us before placing your order to get a custom shipping rate.
**Please note that the day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped. Severe winter weather may cause shipping delays in parts of the country. We cannot be liable for transit times once a package has left our facility.
My package contains incorrect items.
Oh shoot, we're sorry! We take great pride in our products and customer service and want you to love your product. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org (M-F 9am-5pm) with the order number in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. We will send out a pre-paid shipping label immediately too you so you can ship the items back and we can correct our mistake.
Do you ship internationally?
That depends on how much you want to party. If you live outside of the United States please contact us directly and we can get you a quote for international shipping. Any import duties must be paid by customer. To calculate those costs you can go here.
I don’t see a color/design option available, do you take custom orders?
